Prices and Payments

All prices listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication however we reserve the right to alter these in the future. Prices are inclusive of the relevant sales tax but exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to your order. The total price for Goods or Services ordered, including delivery charges, will be displayed on the Website when you place your order. Full payment must be made before Goods are dispatched or Services provided. You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by debit or credit card or though a bank transfer. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your debit/credit card or bank details will be encrypted to prevent the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet. Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order.

Note: If there is a slow Network connection, it is possible that after successful debit of your payment the order parks itself in missing order list without confirmation. In such cases please email us or contact us and we will do the needful.

Cancellation of Orders

Once ordered you will not be able to cancel the order as our shipping efforts start instantly and various costs kick in. Therefore please place the order only after firmly deciding to purchase and after careful evaluation.

Shipping

We take all reasonable care in ensuring that your package reaches you in good condition, but due to the delicate and agricultural nature of the of the origin of the product, we cannot guarantee that the product will reach you in the same condition as when it was sent.

1. The indicated date of delivery in the update mails and messages are estimates only actual delivery will be accordance with courier company schedule and constraints, if any
2. Entering correct address data is customer’s responsibility; incorrect addresses will not ensure delivery. Deliberate misrepresentation is not allowed.
3. In Bank Transfer, if the order id not furnished in the reference field of the RTGS transaction, it is not possible for us to effect delivery.

Invoice

1. Please print and keep the invoice attached in the order confirmation email, you get, for any future reference.

Returns

All returns will be coordinated and executed through email and phone. This includes refunds where applicable. No system actions need to be done.

Refunds

We will happily exchange or refund money where the product is defective or not of merchantable quality, subject to the exclusion under ‘shipping’ above. Due to the small batch nature of our product, Sagar Nilgiri Products Company may at times run out of stock of a particular product after an order has been made. We will notify you of this and with your permission we will place you on a waiting list. We are happy also to provide you with a refund in these circumstances.
